Nothing! We offer FREE Shipping on all rugs with no minimum purchase required but free shipping is available for delivery in India only.

Qsn. -2 : Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide through our logistic partner Fedex, but delivery outside India has to be borne by the buyer.

Qsn. -3 : Are the prices, which appear on the website, inclusive of all taxes and duties?

In India: Yes, Prices are inclusive of all taxes.

We ship through FedEx. All of our rugs are shipped within 1 – 3 business days from your purchase date.

Buyer is responsible for all returns. However, we will help you with return pickup if you wish to use our logistic partner and also try to get you the best negotiated rates.

Qsn. -16 : What if my rug is damaged, defective in any way, or just not the item i ordered?

Each of our rug goes through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the rug is damaged in transit, we request you to share with us the pictures of the damaged part, as soon as you receive the rug, at info@jazarahome.com, along with your order ID. After receiving your email we will ensure resolution within 2 working days.

Qsn. -17 : When will my refund be processed?

We process all returns and refunds within 7-10 business days after delivery back to your form of payment.

Qsn. -18 : How can I make a change in my order or cancel my order?
