Terms & Conditions for Returns:

Every piece of art on the website is eligible for free return/replacement within 10 days of delivery. In an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you or even if it does not goes well with your setting you can return the article and order for a new one hassle free.

As the delivery of the article ordered reaches your doorstep free of cost but it should be understood that every delivery is a cost to the company. All orders returned are eligible for full refund provided the returned article passes quality check process at our warehouse. The cost of shipping back the article has to be borne by the customer. The customer can opt to send us back the article through the courier service of their own choice or can opt to get the same picked by our logistic partner.

Please note that most articles on the website are one of a kind and therefore we may not be able to deliver you the same article in replacement but you can always choose for an alternate from the various options available here or wait for new additions that keep happening. Please keep the item in its original condition, unused & fresh, with original packing, MRP tags & labels attached for a successful return pick-up. Once the article is received at our warehouse and is passed by the quality check department, we shall transfer the refund into your account or to the original mode of payment.

The refund amount may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement or refund. You may raise your return request or any query related to returns at care@azarahome.com. We will be happy to assist you.

All disputes arising out of any transaction through this website shall be restricted to the jurisdiction of Agra only and shall binding on both the parties.
